Now, Iron Man VR's July release date sits between those of Sony's two juggernaut PS4 releases for the summer: The Last of Us Part 2 and Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima.As the one-year anniversary of the game's launch approaches, Marvel's Avengersis giving away a number of free items alongside birthday events. In April, citing logistics concerns stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, Sony pushed back both Iron Man VR and The Last of Us Part 2 indefinitely. Originally scheduled to launch in February, Iron Man VR was initially pushed back to a May 15 release date. Completing the demo will unlock a special skin for the Iron Man armor in the main game. For those who already have all that-and you will need the Move controllers, as Iron Man VR isn't a DualShock game-today's demo release will include a handful of missions and an interactive cinematic set on Stark Jet. The bundle, launching alongside the game on July 3, will cost $349.99 and includes the headset, a pair of Move controllers, and the PlayStation Camera necessary in order to play.
